1. How disinfection take place by Ozone ?
Ozone is the most efficient natural Board Spectrum Microbiological control
substance and very reactive Disinfecting agent. It destroys Bacteria,
Viruses and Cysts in a very short duration, when it comes in contact with
any media i.e. water, air or any food item. Ozone is considered by most, to
be the best available technology and a better alternative than using
chemicals.
2. Is Ozone harmful?
Yes, if the concentration of O
3 is higher or inhaled for longer
duration. As per OSHA and other controlling agencies O

concentration should not exceed
0.1 ppm (0.2mg/M
3): 8 hours or more / day.
0.3 ppm (0.6mg/M
3) : Maximum 10 minutes.
3. Can Ozone be used for Dairy & Bakery products ?
