1. How disinfection take place by Ozone ?

Yes, if the concentration of O₃ is higher or inhaled for longer duration. As per OSHA and other controlling agencies O₃ concentration should not exceed
0.1 ppm (0.2mg/M³): 8 hours or more / day.
0.3 ppm (0.6mg/M³) : Maximum 10 minutes.
